Please read below T&Cs for the event:
• Approved swim attire is required for children and accompanying adults (no baggy shorts or beachwear).
• Children under 5 years old are required to wear Happy Fish-approved swim diapers only (iPlay and SnuglyFit brands) and swim diapers can be purchased or loan (first come first served basis) on the day of the event at Happyfish.
• If there is a faecal incident (leakage of poop from diapers) that requires pool evacuation, a $2,000 cleaning fee applies.
• Photos and videos may be taken for training and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such photos and videos, please inform us.
• Happy Fish and National Arthritis Foundation reserve the right to vary/amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Under no circumstances will Happy Fish and National Arthritis Foundation be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities.
