Tai Chi for Healthy Longevity @ KTPH
Tai Chi for Healthy Longevity @ KTPH
Tai Chi is especially helpful for people with arthritis because it uses slow, gentle movements that place minimal stress on the joints while keeping the body active. Practicing regularly can help reduce pain and stiffness, improve flexibility and mobility, and strengthen the muscles that support the joints. At the same time, its calming, mindful nature promotes relaxation, which can ease discomfort and improve overall quality of life.

Our Tai Chi Instructor
Ms Jeanna Toh is a passionate Taichi practitioner since 2016 and have been teaching under HPB’s Active Ageing Programme for over four years. Through gentle, mindful Taichi movements, she encourages older adults and adults to stay active—enhancing their strength, balance, flexibility, and inner calm. Taichi is more than just a form of exercise—it’s a holistic practice that nurtures both body and mind, promoting a joyful and healthy lifestyle for everyone.
